Activities
Destiny Foundation holistically aims to change and shaping lives for the better. One of the ways this is achieved by a trained physiotherapist visiting the centre weekly to provide care and activity. The Centre has the pleasure of hosting interns to do placement hours working with the kids.

Childcare and Disability Support

Physiotherapy

Nutrition Program
Destiny Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children living with Autistic spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy and all disabilities through provision of a variety of services. Destiny is a home for children to be loved, cared for and prepared for their future.
With this initiative, our goal is to promote great opportunities for health and physical wellness. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. A trained physiotherapist visits the centre once a week to help.
At Destiny Foundation, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing this issue of nutrition. Destiny provides meals to all children, striving to give nutritionally balanced meals specific to needs. We are always striving to make a difference, and invite you to learn more and lend your support.

Education and Life Skills

Live-in Care

Disability Outreach
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Education is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact by teaching at various levels. Destiny also provides life skills such as personal hygenie, poultry project and horticulture project. The both providing food and the opportunity for hands on learning.
Many disabled children in Arusha don't have safe housing or regular access to the centre. Destiny provides accommodation for children to either stay over night, through the week or life in care. Destiny's team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.
At the heart of the problem is the lack of education and understanding of disabilities in Tanzania, this resulting in the large majority of people living with disabilities being mistreated and isolated. Destiny's Outreach Program is tackling this issue through sharing education with the wider community, visiting various homes to educate and offer support.
